FROM.UZ confirms that group is working on their new album.
Release of the second album is planned on February, 2008. Vitaly Popeloff, guitarist of FROM.UZ band told that he had already recorded the parts of guitars at home studio. Now Albert Khalmurzaev and Andrew Mara-Novik are working on bass and keys sections in studio of The Youth Theatre of Uzbekistan. Preliminary title of new album is “Overlook”.

“Playing the imitation” DVD was recorded and shot (by 4 moving and 6 stationary cameras) during FROM.UZ live performance at the Youth Theatre of Uzbekistan on April 7, 2005, before an audience of 300. On base of this instrumental progressive rock show FROM.UZ recorded their first album, titled “Audio Diplomacy“. “Playing the Imitation” sets the tone, mood and style of group which critics have named prog-fusion. The conception of this concert is the curtain appeared to be a part of theatrical effect.
This concert consists of 10 tracks, executed in various sub genres of progressive rock, jazz fusion and space rock.
“I think it will be a good present for all the fans of the band,” – said Vitaly Popeloff about this DVD.

The first album of FROM.UZ that is called “Audio Diplomacy” is in stores now.
FROM.UZ is a prog rock band from Uzbekistan promoting progressive music ideas interesting to the listeners from all over the world. “Audio Diplomacy” is FROM.UZ’s debut album that was recorded on the live show at the Youth Theatre of Uzbekistan on April 2005. The songs included in this album were written between 2004 and 2005 for the concerts.
New album consists of 10 live instrumental tracks combining such music genres as progressive rock, blues rock, space, art rock and jazz. That’s why critics named the style of FROM.UZ as prog-fusion.
The album also comes with the stunning “Playing the imitation” Video concert.
